STEP 1:  FREE CONSULTATION -   We will meet with you to help you define the scope of your project.  Grant Homes will help you develop your renovation dream within your budget.

STEP 2:  ESTIMATE AND TIMELINE - We will provide you with a budget and schedule so that your project will proceed smoothly from Concept to Realty.

STEP 3:  RENOVATION - Once you have approved the final design and budget your transformation begins!  Grant Homes will assign a Project Manager to take care of permits, scheduling and every detail of your renovation.  Your Project Manager is available to answer your questions from the beginning to the final phase of your renovation... making your satisfaction a priority and your concept a reality!
